This Return and Refund Policy has been written for all our customers where we ship out products. This includes all customers from the regions, cities, and areas where we deliver our products. As part of our commitment to you, all the products and services that have been purchased at or through our website are backed by our Return and Refund Policy. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased, you may return the item. Please make sure that you understand our return and refund policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.



The time limit for the return of our products is provided as follows. Please note the time shall be counted the product has been delivered to the buyer. Purchases made on our website may be returned for a refund within 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since the delivery of the product, we will be unable to offer you any refund. No further days will be awarded to anyone for any reason for the purpose of the return.



In order for us to proceed in giving you a refund, the following conditions must be met:

We will need to know your order number.

a. The product(s) must be unused, undamaged, complete, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Empty containers cannot be accepted for refund.

b. All returns must be accompanied by your invoice as proof of purchase.

c. Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please, ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods. Please package the product securely.

d. Shipping return costs and handling charges are non-refundable.

e. We reserve the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our Refund Policy. Returns that do not fulfill our return policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost.



To return a product do the following:

a. E-mail us telling us that you want to return your purchased product.

b. Check your Order Number in your e-mail confirmation when you purchase your products.

c. Send the email to us at telling us your reason for return.

d. Please use the same e-mail which was originally used to purchase the product and also confirm your order number when sending us the e-mail.

e. Make sure that you are doing this process with the time limit as stated above. 

f. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

g. Make sure to let us know whether you would like a replacement or refund.

h. Send it to the shipping address provided to your through email. 




Once your return product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your request for a refund or replacement has been approved.


Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the product will be sent back to you at your expense. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a return confirmation email. If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This refund amount may take some time to show in your records, so before contacting us, please check with your credit card company, bank, or other payment services. If you have chosen for replacement then the replaced product will be delivered to you within 3 to 5 days.
